Roughly for Gas and Electric ... here it's $230 a month for both. BUT ... I run on "budget" for both Gas and Electric. Or else it would be a lot higher. I have a 2 story 4 BR. Gasoline is $2.77 a gal.

Those amounts don't seam to bad to me, if they include heat and electric.

I have a 3200 sq ft house in vermont:

Heat, Oil 900 gals year, $2500

Elect, $100 month, $1200 year

both cost me $3700 year, Property taxes are $8000, but that is another story.
