Thanks for the link! That's some incredible stuff he's got. Most looks like stuff I could find a use for. Can you send me a link to one of his ebay listings? I may need to think about a Pete 281 and a couple of those Mack COEs.

Hi Buddy:

The price will shock you... a lot of it is scratch done. I've been chatting with him online. He's from Quebec, Canada, but is spending the winter in the Ukraine. He's sending me an Excavator boom and some parts to make one of those cranes. The Tracks are from a Woodland Scenics Excavator, and the engine from a kit of a Fordson tractor,...

Those vehicles are amazing, but the price is absurd!! I guess when you end up using parts off of a bunch of different vehicles, and scratchbuilding the rest, the are worth that much. I'll never be able to afford them though

Gotta agree with Dorptrains on this one. Absurd prices!! But people ARE bidding for them, so someone has the money. Alas, not I. But they are very good looking pieces!!
