Fresh out of the paint shops is a SD35 former Seaboard System #4592 re-done in Christmas glitter. This is a Con-Cor/Atlas/Roco SD35 from the early 80's when Atlas/Con Cor / Roco / were all using the same die for this locomotive. When Con Cor sold these - they removed the Atlas name off bottom of trucks and left everything else the same. i still have another Seaboard System that will not be touched for any re-paint or mods. This engine is going to be ran for public display on a local club layout during the Southern Christmas Show in Charlotte NC. Then i hopefully am going to take it to the local Stowe Botanical Gardens Christmas train display for more public viewing in December. It will be towing the custom Christams train cars i did for myself.

Whoa... very nice! That blue is a perfect color, looks nice. CSX fans would approve.
I forgot to ask or attempt a claim, but do you still have a Red boxcar available? The other ones I got from you were a blue and a green one. The green one says "Rejoice". So the red would be a nice compliment.
Nice work!

| G-I-C Thanks -- I do have a red glitter boxcar - Not the Peace Noel though - it is the one with Happy Holidays with snowman, gingerbread man, and penguin -- if you want a Noel car -- send me one and i will decorate it for you for a small fee. I am out of boxcars. I was buying cases of them from a seller on ebay which i can't find to see if he has more. They were the life-like 50 footers.

Very nice Brian! It's that time of the year again! We should talk about your choice of stripping the paint from a Seaboard System locomotive though. Never a pre-CSX family locomotive. I support stripping all the SantaFE and Burlington Nothern, and Union Pacific all day long but NEVER a SS or Chessie System! ...LOL...Im just busting your nads.......Be sure to get picture, or video would be even better when you unvail it to the public...
