I found a HO scale Pizza Hut on Facebook Marketplace in the town next door to me by pure luck for $2. No marquee sign, but the building is in near mint condition. Does anyone know what year Tyco released them?

What is your source? Because I read that it was from the 70's.

My source was some website where someone posted their collection of model buildings, and singled out their HO Pizza Hut and said that it was a rare one from the 70's.
