Ok, as my first official post of the 09-10 school year, I am going to start off with some Matchbox and Hot Wheels products that I got from Walmart/Target. First off is my Matchbox real working rigs collection:

Here's one next to an "official" HO scale truck. (Pretty close in my opinion)

I hear that there are 10 models total, but they haven't released them all yet. I see new ones every time I go to Target, and I can't resist taking them home. They are 4.99 each, so not exactly dirt cheap, (at least for me), but they sure do beat 14.99 for HO trucks on the internet

Ok, next up are some Hot Wheels cars found in WalMart. 99 cents apiece. I only got 2, because that's all they had left

And last but certainly not least, we have the new Matchbox MBX Super Convoys. I have not actually seen these in person, so I don't know how close to HO scale they are. The following link has lots of pictures, and it says they are closer to 1:64 scale than HO, but there's still a chance. Also, the link shows the matchbox real working rigs that have been released so far. (They even have a bulldozer!!) Here's the link and a few pictures from it:

I cannot put into words how much I want these trucks!!

By the way, if you can't see the pictures, let me know. I couldn't see a few of them on my computer, but I think my security software may have something to do with it.

Enjoy,

-Jacob

Lol, I remember the truck forum . . . Hey Mike, are the convoy trucks close to HO scale, or are they completely out of the question? Thanks,
-Jacob

Wow! Here in the USA, the only trailers that have more than three sets of rear wheels are the heavy hauling flat beds. (At least that I am aware of)

Wish that model was mine!
