Another one bites the dust. I guess they're going bankrupt. Yeah - I know they were expensive, narrowly specific to modeling southern Germany, and half the time their kits were out of stock ... but some of their kits were really nice. Hopefully Kibri or Vollmer buy up their dies. If IHC gets ahold of them ... kiss 'em goodbye.
And what's up with IHC anyway ... they going out of business too?
I like caffeine and a chainsaw ...

Who told you this nonsense? Did you do any research about the things you tell?
Fact is, Faller is in some financial trouble, in Germany we call it "Insolvent". It only means, that a company has less money than they need, they can not pay their bills anymore. In this case a lawyer will take over the management, the company has to save money.
Faller will continue, they even will continue in Germany (not transfer production to China). With less staff, and maybe a reduced catalogue.
By the way, the same situation happened to Roco (a few years ago) and Marklin (currently). Both of then are still in business.
