A coal train derailed Tuesday, May 11 near the St. Louis, Missouri area. 36 total cars were derailed. The crash was so massive that all of the cars that crashed are lined up almost perfectly perpendicular to the rails. If you look close enough in some pictures you can even see the tack all bent.
