HI , I DONT KNOW THE MFG OF THIS OLD SWITCHER ITS GOT A STRONG LINDSAY POWER TRUCK ALL IN ONE. AS I STARTED TO STRIP 3 LAYERS OF BRUSHED ON MODEL PAINT I STARTED TO SEE THE DETAIL.ON THE FRONT SIDE THERE ARE 2 ROUND WHAT LOOK TO BE HEADLIGHTS? IM NOT TO SURE ABOUT THOSE BEING THERE IS CORRECT. SOUTHERN NEVER HAD RS 2, I BOUGHT IT CHEAP FOR A RAINY DAY PROJECT,IF YOU HAPPEN TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS UNIT FEEL FREE TO VENT... THANKS ADAM

It looks like the Ardin RS2 made around 1950. The Lindsay drive is not original but would be better than the original spring drive.

it runs real smooth and strong,il have to see how the frame cleans up as well here is a pic of it...
