Hi Everyone,
My name is Bryan and I'm kind of new to the world of train layouts.
I had Tyco trains when I was about 12 & 13. This was a very bad time in my life and Tyco trains were basically my escape from it all.
I never really set it up beyond simple plywood. I had model # 7330 "The Over and Under 1776". That was also the time I first learned about running the train on carpet ...lol. My mom must have returned at least 3 different sets because we thought they were broken ...lol.
Time went by I got busy, and now I have the time and the resources to re-live a great time and even make it better.

I just aquired many good peices to start over with:

The Mammoth of The Rails #7338 - Complete - MiB {Mint in Box}
Chattanooga Set #7416 - Complete - In Box
Baby Ruth Chug-Chug Sound Boxcar - MiB
104 peices of HO Code 100 brass track - Curves, Straights, & Power
Tyco Operating Signalman #928
2 - Tyco lighted crossings #937
Tyco Blocking controller #970 - MiB
Tyco Remote Control Steam Whistle in Billboard #934
2 - TYCO Transformers #897 - One used{works}, one MiB
3 - TYCO-matic Remote Switch Right Hand w/ Lighted Controller #951
2 - TYCO-matic Remote Switch Left Hand w/ Lighted Controller #950
TycoTown Blinking Billboard
TycoKIT Howard Johnson's #7754
Tyco Remote Control Uncoupling track #923
TycoKIT Lighted Freight Station #906
Tyco Track Layout Expander set #7901 - Complete - MiB
Tyco Portable Uncoupling Ramp #921

Not to mention all the extras that came in The Mammoth of The Rails set.

Also,

AHM Masterpeice Series ll, lighted Grocery & Garage Kit

I'll be looking for some help, tips, and ideas on setting this puppy set up properly.
I'm not in any rush. I'd really like to take my time and do it right.
I hope I have come to the right place?

Look for my posts in other sections.
I'll try to search before I post, but haven't had much luck with that so far.

Anyway ...Hi Everyone!!!

Hi Bryan--rBrian from BriansTyco--welcome to the forum. You have acquired a great collection of Tyco by your post. Suggestion to you: If you're going to run Tyco locomotives--use nickel silver track and upgrade your power packs to MRC for the best running performance. Use those TYco packs to power accessories with. Brass track is good but not made anymore and you may have trouble finding good used brass track or pieces you may need. However you build your layout--Have FUN doing it!! Failure is the art of learning when building. Many of us here have had a lot of learning to get were we are at today? Feel free to pm with any questions.
