hi,i am puzzled,hoseekers site shows a completly different chassis and set up to mine,mine is shown below,would show hoseekers but have not had reply to request,can anyone help ken

Hi Ken,
I have two of these that look just like that, but yours is missing the plastic worm & motor covers where the headlight used to go.
Assuming the motor has a wire from each pole, connect one pole to each truck, on the same side (rail). The colors are irrelevant (do not try to connect the same colors or it will short). IN other words: wires from the left side go together, as do the wires on the right side. If the loco goes "backwards" compared to others, then swap the pole leads.
These locos are still very good runners, they really set a new standard when they came out.

hi as you can see from photo have connected 2 lots and it runs smoothly,are you saying thats wromg ken

Does it say mad in Austria on the bottom or Japan? It's probably a Roco unit.

Hey Ken,
Looks like you just need to connect those 2 loose wires. Right now your loco is picking up current on only half the wheels. Seems you will need to add some extra length of wire to get the connections to reach.
