A few guys already saw this via email... and there's more than just fish lurking down in the depths, but you get the idea.
I'd originally planned on having a smaller case that would just fit Sharks only, including the new Bachmann A-B set in Baldwin Demonstrator paint. But when this larger case turned up, it seemed only fitting to create a Tyco-exclusive display, including notable and favorite examples across the line. I made it such that each roadname appears just once, which put my custom "Catfish" as a bottom feeder (where the Chessie SD24 was originally slated), with the NH GG1 taking its place in the "school".
BTW the "shorty" GG1 is the largest of all Tyco diesel locos... it just beats the E7 (which itself beats the C630) by a pilot...
Enjoy...

(I do hope to eventually get more of the metal sharks in original Tyco factory paint. Ironically, I have 3 A-B sets that are undecorated, and another custom painted in Pennsy.)

Eric,
I think I have all the known production plastic sharks. There are 11. The Chessie is a custom job so that doesn't count (although I wish it did!), and of course you spotted the metal one.
The Canadiana, NP and Santa Fe are the hardest to find. The NP is simply one of the best of all Tyco loco paint jobs, period, IMHO; if I had to get rid of my whole collection and only keep one that would probably be it.

Super nice work on the case and the collection! The Chessie Shark is very nice. Is the Rock Island the one with the Athearn chassis? NP is sweet, I agree.

The converted RockShark is actually a second one that still lives downstairs. It can be spotted by the number boards and back trucks as seen in my current avatar.
Hmm, methinks I need to make a new avatar soon... [;)]

while putting on a demonstration to the musik of Aerosmyth's "Bach in the saddle again," this shark was spotted eating the SS Minnow. De tails was sketchy but were also spotted... Here, it is seen with the bludd from its previous victum, sparling from its jaws... also heard whispering... "da bite is wight..."
do not attepmt to approche this predator, as its signal eye has a hyptotizing demeener.
JZ!

[8)] hey, lookit dat avatar!
I don't have a one track mind. It depends on the turn-out. "I love your catenary!" Is that a power-trip or just another pick-up line?
