It needed a little TLC and a paint job.

Was that headlight lens already there? All of the units I've encountered have been without them. I found that the lens from an old Dockside shell is a pretty good fit.
Is that a painted builders plate on the side?

I made the headlight lens. I've seen some with them and some without.
The builders plate is a decal I found on a set of Micro Scale NYC steam decals. They fit the cast on plate perfectly.
