In regards to 50 being the new 30, I'm 62 feel 18 and act 15 at times. Just retired this week 1/15 and to celebrate I'm going to my first train show. Any tips on pricing, purchasing, etc. Been somewhat disappointed with E Bay due to s/h costs. Working on the railrod----Terry

1. Don't be afraid to haggle. 2. Don't buy anything until you've seen all the tables. 3. Look under the tables as well as on top. 4. Bring a specific amount to spend. 5. Bring your best poker face then refer back to Rule #1. 6. No jumping for joy until you're out of the dealer's line of sight. 7. Post pics here when you're back home.[;)]

Listen to Shaygetz...everything he said is right!!!
I find it helps to search all the tables that look like they have good stuff a few times. I've gone back to tables 5 or 6 times, and found stuff I missed the first 4 times.[:D]
As for pricing, I've paid anywhere between $5 and $50 for Tyco engines...$50 was a little much[B)], but for most of the Tyco engines I buy, anything under $25, depending on the engine and how much other Tyco stuff I see.
