Here's my short story, I collect Aurora slot cars. Not TYCO usually. My ebay ID is mr_aurora. I have been a collector since age 10 and I am 56. I answered a call to buy slot cars and low and behold, the guy worked at TYCO and had hundreds of TYCO trains, but no slot cars. After a while, I decided to buy the traind to turn a profit on them. I have Aurora prototype and hand done trains from the 80's and I decided to keep the TYCO stuff because I like it a lot. I hope to show a lot of it here on the forum as it is pretty cool. One thing though, I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT TYCO TRAINS, but I learn quick. more to come....... Bob

Welcome aboard Bob. I had Aurora slot cars back in the 70s (and still have them packed away somewhere). At one time I had some slot car track incorperated into my model railroad.

Welcome to the group Bob! Ive been collecting for 8 years now and find this site VERY usefull and full of information. One good thing about this forum is there is no flaming and nobody acts like they are better than someone else which is extermly unheard of anymore. Ask plenty of questions , no question is too stupid. Enjoy the tons of info posted in the last few years of threads.
