I'm thinking of buying a MRC controler.
Can anyone give their thoughts on the Brake and
Momentum functions? I have only DC trains and
wonder how well these features actually work?

Thanks

We have MRC Tech 3 Power Command Train Controller.
the unit was basically a throw in that came in a lot of stuff that was on Ebay.

The brake and momentum are top notch in my opinion .

Whether its a Broadway Limited higher end loco or a cranky old AHM
diesel it turns the unit on the track into a slow starting and smooth running
piece.
