Bowser has announced that they will be scrapping the remainder of their steam locomotive parts at the end of August. They have decided to have all parts decreased to 99 cents or less. This has all of the parts to their die-cast steam locos and trolleys, including shells (I believe all sold out now...), chassis, gears, screws, detail parts, and more. They have dozens of their DC71 motors for sale too.
Parts can be ordered on their website: https://bowserorders.com/product-category/99-cent-bowser-steam-parts-sale/

I've heard other people having the same issue. The link works fine for me, I think I read on another forum it is something to do with what browser you use.
