I like model rail oddities, and this certainly is odd. It appears to be a standard
Blue Box Athearn shake-the-box kit with a thinly applied silk screen of the
McDonald's insignia.
A Tyco version in full color would have been nice, but probably McDonald's Corp. would
not allow the use of their trademark.

yeah just like how Life-Like's McDonald's was recalled cause they didn't go thru the proper channels to get it made
thats why its so valuable now
