After taking vows that this week I'd start relocating New Armadilloville to a recently vacated bedroom, this is the result:
Not a blessed thing. One dang thing after another blew up in my face this week, so I didn't move so much as a twig. Stay posted???
I did manage to enjoy a potluck and a post-potluck dance with some friends after spending much of November in the ICU like a turtle on its back, so there's that!

This is definitely the most relatable struggle! I started Queensdale 8 years ago. Then came distractions and side projects galore. It should be done by now, but I'm not even close.
We're all glad to hear you made it through the ICU!

We know you are waiting for Christmas morning to unveil the new Armodilloville layout.

Different layout but similar end result for Christmas morning. Fun time.

| I can relate. I have been trying to clear out the bedroom to start construction of the new Alleghany Railway for months now. There is so much stuff in the way including the old Cumberland Terminal layout plus I work nights and care for my disabled wife when I am not at work. SO far the wood for the frame and legs has been cut and stained, it just needs assembled. Then comes the intricate part: the wood subroadbed for the track has to all be cut to fit, and elevated. The 315 feet of track ahs to be built including about 40 switches. I work om it usually an hour or so at a time and maybe I'll be able to run something on a couple feet of track by Christmas.

After much kind encouragement from WKS, I rallied and with the help of my friend, "Crusty," the Class One engineer who collects an HO model of every car and diesel he sees on his routes, we dragged Aromadilloville to its new home in a spare bedroom and painstakingly relaid the track. My computer needs some repair, so I cannot upload a picture.
WKS, would you do me the favor? Thank you!
