My BOTW is this coal shed based on one that used to be at the grain elevator in Steward, IL. I wanted a coal dealer on the edge of the layout where elbows would likely take out a taller structure. It's mostly made of old cardboard from the backs of notepads and old file folder cardboard. The roof is paper embossed on a model of a corrugated roof. I got the old diecast elevator at a swap meet. I think it's a model that has been with us from the very early days of HO model railroading.

neat we has a old coal shed similar to that just a block south of my house used for storage but wouldn't be surprised if a siding was where the street is now
