I was a little confused at how it's stamped Mantua. Did Model Power buy the name? It certainly looks like a Tyco shell, but is the mechanism a sturdier updated version?
Also, I'd never heard of Eastwood RR, much less on a Tyco product.

Where did you see Model Power? Maybe I overlooked it, but I didn’t see Model Power mentioned anywhere in the listing.

Wow, so this is new! So, this is a set, and it's under the Mantua banner, so, really, this is a Tyco by default? A Google search did not turn up a railroad of that name. Is this fictitious?

What I could gather from the internet is that Eastwood was a company involved in things like car parts, and that this is from a promotional set.

There was a split between Tyco and Mantua in the late 1970s. I don't know all the history off hand, but the gist of it was Tyco was purchased by Consolidated Foods in the early 1970s, and in the late 70s the original family revived the Mantua name to continue producing trains. The company changed hands a couple of times after that.
The set in the ebay listing appears to be a somewhat recent product as it doesn't have the 1980s version of the MU2 motor.

There is also a crane car with boom tender for the Eastwood set. I'd post a pic of mine but everything is packed after another house move.

I have two of these sets. Eastwood is an auto body parts supplier based in Pottstown, PA and has several locations across the country. This set was a special run given to employees as part of a Christmas bonus in the 1990's (I forget what year - I'll dig out the paperwork from one and update the post)

Wow, that's really interesting, for us Tyco Geeks. Remarkable how these "unicorns" keep turning up.
I recently purchased a Mantua center cab that looks factory lettered for "ANR." Australia National Railways.
