Good idea. Wow, sometimes it would seem one is bidding against Bill Gates or
Warren Buffet. In times past I've dropped some serious cabbage on a rare
Tyco that I HAD to have, like the Tyco Australian NSW set, and on that auction I
put a silent reserve over $300, if I recall.

I've never seen that Welches' before, guessing it is possibly a LL?
