I repainted an old Hot Wheels "Fire Eater" fire truck in my collection, to become a Ephrata Valley RR MOW fire engine! It was also the perfect excuse to try my hand at making hi-rail gear similar to what Aaron did on some other EVRR MOW vehicles.
