I was at my local (Tinley Park, IL) Dollar Tree last night and they had a number of 1/87th scale tractor trailer sets. I'm not sure of the brand, but the trailers advertised 7up, Diet 7up, Pennzoil, and Quaker State. I'm assuming that these could be found in any Dollar Tree or Deal$ around the country...

| Never thought of looking there for vehicles. I've found a lot of other stuff there that I use for my layout. Strainers, spatulas, BBQ skewers. I could use some more trailers.

Thanks for the heads-up.
Also...Wally-World is STILL stocking 1/87 Fresh Cherries. I hear 8 or 9 cars in the 2nd batch are due out soon...such as a Honda CVCC (old Civic)...and a few other esoteric domestic and foreign jobs.

I stand corrected...their website (Motor Max) shows the Honda as an '82 Accord. I guess the 1st run was a test for big-boxers like Wal-Mart.
Evers and Asheville Die Cast will be carrying the 2nd batch of 4 vehicles.
