RP's beautiful photos and video of the majestic GG1 fired me up a couple of weeks ago to take
mine off the shelf. I had not run it yet on the 18 inch curves of Armodilloville and was a little
worried that it wouldn't hack it, but hack it it did, and after weeks of incessant interruptions
I finally managed to get a video out of it.

Of course, who wouldn't love the graceful, life giving catenary overhead, but on a layout as
crowded as Armodilloville it can be very complicated task, and I kept getting my sleeves caught
on an pole or something, a real hassle. I did try it, but abandoned the idea after a yard or
two. I just content myself with "air catenary" like one does with an "air guitar."

So, the plot line is very simple, the viewer is invited to board the P&L line, what P&L stand
for I haven't a bloody clue (Paducah and Louisville??), but in this venue it is a tourist line
sharing right of way with the ever present Penn Central.

Armodilloville is neither West nor East, North or South, though all those roadnames
are frequent visitors. Armodilloville is more a state of mind. Hope you like it!

Great clip, Chops! I went to the larger radius tracks this time to eliminate the pain I had in the 70's. Glad it worked out!!

Another fun video with the characters on your layout Jeff.
That bus sure looks good racing around.
