I'm in a GG state of mind... (sung to the tune of "New York State of Mind," by the great Billy Joel).
The first picture is the G on the Armodilloville Layout, which I hope to fire up today, good Lord willing, and the creek don't rise...and the others were taken at the model train club. After quitting the club after 20 years, I had worried maybe that it wouldn't be as fun not to be able to run fifteen plus car trains on the 4x8, but I find that whether 4x8 or 15 x 40 it is just as interesting, if not more so, because my stuff works better.

I want one of the old school metal Penn Line GG1s. One with terrible paint, and a few problems to fix along the way. Then I'll give it a fresh coat of paint, some decals... Oh yeah, that would be nice.

Nice custom PC GG1, Chops! I remember back to when you first got that, and it was a Tuscan Red Pennsy GG1.
My LOTW is this classy AHM Atlantic Coast Line (ACL) RR C-Liner.

Nice C, RP. Blax, we can only imagine what you’d do to fix an old G!

My Bachmann Santa Fe FT, with some paintwork done on it as well in the form of repairs to the pilot.

Yep! Google "ABPF #210 4-6-0" to see the real thing.
Mine is very, very, VERY close to being a spot on replica, with some minor inconsistencies. If I ever take it apart and redo it, I'll...
Make a new smokebox front
Raise the running boards up a bit
Add the valve gear
That's it! But for now, I'm happy with it.
