A tourist railroad out of Hyannis Massachusetts. I had been there five times.















Runs to the Cape Cod Canal. I took photos near and in Sandwich Massachusetts.

They were nice units in their Great Northern inspired colors.
Sold to a Maryland shortline years later.



Amtrak also ran on the Cape Cod route. Chicken may be photoshopped.

Railroad museum at Chatham Massachusetts on the Cape.



Station built in 1877.



Train service until 1937. Tracks removed later.

Station became a museum in 1960.



Restored a few times since then.

Was the last stop of a branch line from the main line to Provincetown Massachusetts.



Had service to Boston and New York City.



Service long gone but station remains. 1910 restored wood sided caboose keeps company with the station.
