I had some time this afternoon, so I did a little repaint on an old Bachmann Santa Fe 307. Mind you I barely have a good detail paintbrush, let alone an airbrush. Here's my progress up to the final result. I'm in need of a Bachmann F9 double headlight, windshield, and horn. Considering these are a dime a dozen, I'd likely be willing to part with a nice piece of my artwork in return...
First green coat
Finished green and starting black
Some extremely difficult details for an amateur
And here's my finished product, a crude Bachmann BN F9. As I said I need a parts Bachmann shell to get the details finished, and I may find some decals as well...

Cool! Much better than what I could have done.

I have 3 of these Bachmanns - coincidentally, all Santa Fe 307s too but all different designs.
The only fault with these locos are cracked nylon gears, I really wish there was a source for them (any ideas?)
