Is this locomotive custom it is supposedly a mantua I think it might be custom It's supposed to look like D&RG #50

No, that is not custom. Mantua made these in the 80s. They are pretty rare. Make an offer!

Not sure, but if it's at 40 I'd offer 20, you pay 31 total seems reasonable I know they go for more but I'm not 100% sure how much they go for.
