Watching that plane whiz around the airport in tight circles reminded me of a famous quote. After Johnny Carson rode with stunt pilot Art Scholl, he said, "I wanted to throw up, but I didn't know which way up was."

Haha!
I liked the bus shots! Must be satisfying that it's now working as planned!

Hooking the Airport up to a nine volt battery was an interesting experiment. Initially I tried to wire a series of four 1.5 volt cells, but nothing happened. Don't know why, batteries dead? Anyways, the airport spun like a whirling dervish for about five minutes, then the battery went completely flat. It was spinning so hard I had trouble setting it down on the layout to film it. The next step will be to hook it up to a small power pack and see if I can get it to revolve at a slower rate.
It was very nice to see all these things come back to life. It really helps having this layout back down to a 4x8.
