Romcat--looks like it was made by Lima Of Italy. I have one in Seaboard Coast Line--Here are pictures. After looking closely at yours-i definitly say it is Lima--
4 wheels driven --The rear 4 pick up power

OK, thought the guy was wrong. How many wheels on yours are driven 4 or 8?
