Car of the week : Like the callender, Sunday to Saturday.

Here is the lineup of Marx "Made in the USA" bay window cabooses that I have. Still missing the that yellow Santa-Fe, and elusive Brown NYC. Someday I'll get them!

Nice cabeese, Frank!

My COTW offering is this Tyco Burlington Route 40' standard box car. Actually, I just realized upon going through my collection, that I still need many of Tyco's 40' box cars, oddly enough. Gotta start searching for the different roadnames....

This is one I saw, and just had to have. I'm not sure why and I normally don't buy just anything.

That Zenith box car refers to an age when color TV was
quite a novelty, Walt. In my day B&W with rabbit ears
was the order of the day. That, and we had to hike
6 miles through 10 feet of snow to school everyday.

That is one heck of a piece. I once paid for an entire set
just to get at something like it, and I don't do that
every day.

I'll post mine later. Right now taking a break from filming
Henley. She is giving me real headaches today. Last time
I ran her last week, she did real good, now everything
wants to derail in the oddest locations and I don't have
an idea.

I remember the old B/W TVs... with only a few channels. Kind of like the old B/W camera film!

I think you go the better deal, Walt. But I did get a good Mehano locomotive out of
the deal.

I don't know, Chops.. I don't remember how much my Zenith sold for. I'm thinking under $10. Those are nice pieces that you pictured. I remember back when Zenith paired up with Bose for their sound!

Yes but it usually was a steamer lettered for ATSF or SP.
