Tyco's MU-2 motor is truly unbeatable. Enjoy this Union Pacific F9 A-B-A set, lead by UP F9A #537 - the only powered locomotive in the set - pulling a string of 14 Tyco single-dome tanker cars!

Great consist! - the multi-unit head end power always adds to it, and the tankers look good.

real cool
I have part of that USS crane
I'm gonna use a extra piggy-back stand, paint it blue & use it for my loose crane
After all both use the same stand

I'll get some of that Krylon that attaches to plastic

I pulled 19 covered hoppers with a Bachmann f-7. I was surprised.

Thanks Walt, and Chops.

The engine that did it all was this recently acquired, and 2nd in my collection, Tyco Union Pacific F9A #537 (the no-steps variant.) The paint is a bit worn due to age, and I glued a rear stepladder on to "restore" it, but the MU-2 motor is still going strong.
