Thanks guys - yes! The new magnet helped my Mikado run a lot smoother to say the least. I will fix the headlight issue too.

Wow! Nice Mike! Glad to see you've got it working!
One thing, on the video filming side. You may want to consider changing your camera angles so that there are always a bunch of different views of the train, and we aren't always staring at a blank layout waiting for the train to come back around. It would essentially be 'following' the train, but with a bunch of cut clips. But then again, it's your railroad!
