Check out the Milwaukee, Wisconsin depot...very cool...


I rode into this station on the Milwaukee Road in 1968. My dad worked at Walthers then and mother and I still lived in the St. Louis area for a time before moving to Milwaukee...we rode up on the GM&O and connected on the MILW. Sadly, I was very little at the time and don't remember it...



There's the TYCO man himself, me, with my mother at the Walthers headquarters in Milwaukee. This is the same building in the backgroud of this picture that Walthers makes as a kit today.
