Walt - Had that one on my childhood layout. I came across it a few years ago and been kicking myself I didn't buy it. A really cool piece.

That's a nice kit Walt. I saw this kit in some some old Model Railroader magazines from the 50's and 60's. Atlas had a lot of cool buildings in the past I wonder what happened to all the molds?

Hi, Bamos… I just learned of this kit about a year ago and had to have one. I actually have two, one still in box unbuilt. But I have promised it to a member here on the forum. I just like the home as it fits my 70s era layout. Here is a present photo taken last night, the upper levels and steps are no glued yet and still minus a lot of detail.

Walt - Thanks for the offer but I need to stop getting more buildings. I am just totally out of real estate. After finishing my highway project I need to go cold turkey.
