In searching on Ebay, I stumbled across the Tyco "55 Piece Scenic City" at a fairly cheap price. I sent the seller an offer, and ended up getting all 4 sheets of pop-out 3-D Tyco accessories/buildings as well as the original envelope (all in great condition,) for $15.00, shipped!!!
After performing further research on the HO-Scale Trains Resource website, it turns out Tyco released this unique product in 1973, and up until 1975.....and it is possible that there could be "variants" to this, as the cover/catalog art showed different accessories than what was actually included in the sheets. Super excited to have added this unique and pure Tyco piece of history to my collection!
Also, if you want to view better shots of each of the 4 pages, I recommend: http://tycotrain.tripod.com/tycobrownboxactioncarsandaccessories/id31.html

I don't think there are any variants to this. The only major difference is a McDonald's Billboard on the advertising artwork and no McDonald's Billboard in the finished product. 1973 is around the same time that Bachmann was sent a "Cease and Desist" order from McDonald's over the hamburger stand kits they sold without permission.

I've sort of been there, just not TYCO.
Probably pre-war ScaleCraft made a station, and I think a freight shed. Same cut out or litho cardstock, fold and glue.
Take them down to Kinko's or some such and get them color copied. If they'll do it on cardstock, great, otherwise contact adhesive the copies to the cardstock.
You can then build them, even sell extras off, and your originals stay....original!
I'm not seeing any "copyright" notes on the originals.
