Rats, the site won't upload photos. I wanted to post some of this airport.
It has a rather complex gear mechanism, but no motor or spring. Will
try here tomorrow.


So, the little wheels in the track are turned by friction of the slot car that will
spin the connecting gears...wow.

It's a US1 accessory, Chops....it works much like the US1 Log Loader or US1 Crane Loader...a slot truck backs up and activates the gears.

Chops,

If you run some power to the contact rails in the road, you could place a truck or better still the Airport Taxi against the stop block. Make sure the power is always in reverse and then use a controller to vary the speed. Your plane will then fly.

The US-1 Bulldozer and Crane have similar drives.
