I've been taking up cooking, again, as a hobby, and am focusing on vintage recipes,
and mostly railroad and Harvey house recipes, at that. Wow, those old timers really
knew how to do it.
From this link, I made the Stroganoff, the baked onions (twice), and the Indian Pudding.
I'll tell you, this stuff is foot stomping good.
Next on the list is Gulf, Mobile, & Ohio Special Sandwiches. They look to be major
bomb.
I made a Harvey House (served aboard the California Chief) Chicken Marengo today, and
it tastes amazing, but going to serve that up for company tomorrow. Tonight: Chinese
take out, I was tired.
