I came home from work last year one day and my wife surprised me with this ceramic McDonald's she picked up at a garage sale for $5. Not as detailed as the kit but the size and price were right.

Yes, it is. I purchased a larger Christmas village McDonald's at a Flea market a while ago. I packaged it up off the table myself and was p.o.ed when I got home and discovered I didn't take the sign. No golden arches on my Christmas display!
