Here's my COTW offering:
First obtained at the Greenberg's Great Train & Toy Show in August 2018...this car remained in the "yard" lacking use...and in my zeal to try to repair a Bachmann BQ23-7 diesel coupler issue not that long ago, I lost the tiny screw that attaches the coupler to the truck fixture on this boxcar. LOL..well, on Friday evening, I stepped on something and upon inspection, it was the very screw I lost. This car was then promptly fixed, and added to the freight train on the outer line of the Ephrata Valley Railroad.
I present...Bachmann "blue" Erie Lackawanna 50' box car.

Isn't that how it goes, stepping on a lost piece to find it! Beats crawling around on hand and knee.

One of my favorite pieces.

That's a blast from the past. Color TV is standard, in the day, it was a big deal.
