One of few entirely scratchbuilt projects- this cooling tower. After about two years of hapless searching, I stumbled over this $2 vase at Walmart, and immediately recognized the iconic shape, and that it would just about perfect for an HO compression piece. Spray painted it with Rustoleum, and got the decals off eBay. The containment dome in the background is half a toy plastic Easter egg, also found at Walmart as I was walking in.
