Unique and exciting pieces. I got this in the mail today, going to double dip. After
the Busss posted that photo of a Juicy Fruit I got on eBay and went looking for one.
Not to be found at any price, but I got a deal on this NOS Life Like. I'm pretty
happy; can't get one, then get the other.
And so since one of my favorite Posters ain't posting, from Nebraska,
Scottsbluff to be exact, I'm going to post for him.
It's a Pemco- Precision Engineered Model Company. I picked up a locomotive
a couple years back, and couldn't figure out why it looked a whole lot like a Tyco,
but ran like a hundred times better in every way- pulling and reliability.
Turns out a group of engineers and craftsmen at the Tyco plant got cheesed off
with the quality dump and went out and started their own production line.
I am really liking this stuff- simple, durable, really, really well put together.
I'd definitely buy another Pemco if given half a chance. Check out the price tag:
$2.95. Even the box is really solid- no crummy thin cardboard to give you paper
cuts.

| Never realized that he PEMCO stuff was from Tyco guys. I have their GG-1. It's a really nice piece, well built and detailed nice.
