Here's my BOTW offering (my first OTW for this upcoming week, nearly 2 hours early. )
Recently, I obtained a New-Old-Stock Atlas HO-Scale "Elevated Gate Tower" kit #701 on Ebay, for $10.00. I assembled it over Spring Break, using hot glue, and then placed it on the Ephrata Valley Railroad -- near the rail crossing. Lastly, I weathered the gate tower with Dr. Ben's rust-colored pigment.

Chops,
If you have spare plastic that is the right thickness and style as the existing letters, you should be able to heat it up and bend it into a "P". I just re-read what bad71burb mentioned in one of his posts where he dissolved plastic to use it as glue for nifty repair jobs. Never having done this before, I'm guessing that you could do something similar by putting the plastic in a jar with just enough plastic model solvent cement to soften the plastic in order to shape it into a "P".
You could even carve a piece of balsa, or other soft wood, into the correct shape and paint it the same color as the existing letters.
FYI, here is a site that has lots of useful modeling supplies: http://plastruct.com/
Hope this helps. When you finish, let us see the end result. I'm sure it will look great.

Thanks Brian! You what, maybe I could just start over with a whole new name. It's right next to the Twin Peaks (inspired by Microbusss), so maybe it could be "Peak View," or something.

Chops, I've never seen that theatre before, but I love it! If you have a sharp hobby knife you might be able to carve a letter P out of some styrene or plastic. I used that method on my own theatre for the lettering. Granted my letting is a little bigger, but it could work.

Great stuff this week. Another Atlas classic and a rare Plasticville building. I'm with Micro on the gimme for that theater. And I do love that scratch built theater by the DaCheez

Alphabet soup! I can do that. Love the Triton billboard on the magnificent Art Deco theater- this in the middle of Toronto. Bet it looks good in snow, as well.
