Considering the present structures on the Ephrata Valley Railroad, I realized that there really weren't any food places located anywhere on the layout. And, a small town needs a small restaurant or something similar.....
I happened to receive a 2018 Walthers Catalog and found the "Hole-in-One Donut Shop" building which would be going on sale in March 2018- based upon its small dimensions, it should be able to squeeze-in somewhere on the layout (I'm projecting beneath the autumn trees/down the street from Good Shepherd Church.) I then did further research in price comparison between Walthers, Micro-Mark, and Ebay, and finally settled on an Ebay auction for a brand new in box Donut Shop kit.
It has arrived, and I'm hoping to construct/paint it over what is now officially Easter Break.

GIMMIES! The Curtis-Mathes donuts, at least... But they can't fit here...a Medieval re-enactor rides his mount out of Castle Bamburgh...

My BOTW is the Tyco Truck Terminal. Not a great pic with no detail around this area yet, just a few different truck trailers around...

Wow, Walt, I knew you had trucks, but not such a variety. Reminds me when I worked for a LTL (less than load) trucking firm, St. Johnsbury, out of Bellows Falls.
