Good realism there - irregular ties and a crack in the pavement.
Here is my BOTW, a Tyco 76 service station that I found at my LHS last two weekends ago. The box still has the original shrink wrap.

Am looking for the one with the double islands
What I'm going to do is pry up one of the islands carefully & re-glue it to the other side of the building
