Britain, once under Viking control, is the site of an endless stream of archeological excavations, including this piece, on "Bamburg," a British OO layout. I will be building this into a Viking ship excavation. Across the tracks from Stone Henge. The model is 1/50 by Revell.

WHOA! Awesome idea, Chops! Hope the scene works out well on your layout.

You kind of motivated me to do something- and I thank you for that!! I've got to move the grave stones over to the other side of the layout, where I moved the 15th century church. Then I'll put it up for BOTW.
Below is a "before" image of what I was struggling with. Bit hard to see, but I had two tracks going towards the view, and three mashed in going away with a multitude of Atlas #4 standing in for the useful Hornby brand of turnout.
This is the "after" image:

Cool layout. I'm looking forward to close-ups of the 15th century church. Is that a moat around the church?

Well, I was in the Dollar Store the other day, and by luck I found a lovely HO scale Pliosaurus, which some have theorized is Nessie. I'll post it soon! Wonderful suggestion!

Chops,
Nice video of the layout. I like the side views of the castle and Tudor house, and then we see that Nessie has hitched a ride! Is that a damsel in distress in the castle window?
