Not a great photo, but an active line up of the many, many steam rollers and other nifty construction pieces received in a trade from RP model railroads this week past. Makes for an interesting haul. I was, however, not careful about the 2% grade, and I toasted a motor in a cloud of gray smoke a minute after I snapped off this down grade shot. No worries, I have an extra BB motor on hand, and will be a little more careful!

Here's my AOTW offering:
An assorted mix of rather colorful cars and trucks. I do plan on painting some before adding to the layout.

My AOTW(s) are a billboard and street sign. Another trash find at my train shop that I rescued. Made up an AMC billboard sign to put in it. Will work on the street sign as well. Plasticville, both of them.

Wow! That Matador is bad a****. Wasn't one featured in a James Bond film, too?? I'm not a "car guy," except AMC would definitely be a weak spot in my armor.
Those cars are major over-the-top way-2-cool, RP. Home run!

I have some neat cars too. Two of them are U.S. built road racers. A Ford GT40 and a Chevy vet. Both are no tops. frank
* With these two racers the U.S. showed the racing world what we can do!
Hot wheels called this one the FORD GTX1. Out of the way Farrie we finished 1-2-3 in the Lemans. Eat our dust.

This vet was no slouch either. A pair of speed kings.

Well, actually, I was considering just painting some of the trucks (the ones that I'm sure to add to the layout.) Microbusss, the bag of cars on the right, is valuable????

Woah! I didn't know that, and now I'll keep those cars in their original schemes.

Got this neat little "accessory" in the mail today...

Essentially, it's a clone of A.C. Gilbert's "smoke in tender" mechanism that was used for a brief time during the early post war years in some of Gilbert's American Flyer S and HO scale locomotives. I'll post more about it as I get time to go down the rabbit hole with this thing...
