Two nice finds guys. The Mirror motors is only offered in N scale now. The showroom by itself is a hamburger stand and the service bays where offered as a car repair shop at one time. I picked up mine for $2 a couple of years ago in very rough shape but I got it fixed pretty good I think.

ok this isn't exactly HO scale but it will go on my layout in the back
its one I had as a kid & glad I got it back with the original box too!

What did you have to give up, Busss? I have a love/hate
relationship with trading, too. Recently did a bunch of
trades with RP, got some cool stuff, happy to see some
stuff find a better home, etc.
