Nice machine shop, walt! By the way, I love the intricate grass detailings around the foundation of the machine shop.
Here's my offering:
Last year, when I was focused on "filling-in" the town on my layout, I began searching for a street corner and happened to find this one, offered by the seller at a good price. This vintage-looking corner is composed of a grocery store, hardware store and theater, and was beautifully assembled. In fact, the only modification I made to it was hot-gluing the theater sign back one, because it fell off during shipment. Of course, I then added people to the layout and on the sidewalk, which improved realism!
