Nice Rail Link caboose, yardmaster! Here's my offering:
A green Linde box car, by LifeLike I believe. I weathered it with my finger using Dr. Ben's Weathering Pigment, which caused it to turn out better than prior results with just "brushing" the pigment on. But, next time, I'll be using a napkin so as to avoid a case of rusty finger

The Pennsylvannia (3 Mile Island) nuclear ore car. The stuff glows in the dark. As I do not wish it to be scattered all over, I glued the load in place. I built this nuclear power plant and did this video exclusively in its honor: https://youtu.be/77wZVzCQgfg

I got this one in a box of trains that I bought from neighbor. It is Tyco, but I haven't seen this variation of a Texaco tanker before. Is it unusual/rare? I'll probably just convert it to body mounted Kadee couplers, I just want to make sure I won't ruin any potential collector value.

Hi weekendrailroader,
Your car appears to be a Tyco 367-D single dome tanker. The 367-* series are the tankers with a shiny silver polish. Here is a picture of the one I have:

| Good comeback, Chops! Your video is fantastic. I feel that if I take one step to the left I'll get flattened by the oncoming loco. The one loco later in the video is pulling so many Tyco tankers including the above mentioned silver 367-* series.

Thanks for the info, Brian. Looks like a pretty standard car, so I'll probably just go ahead with the conversion. Thanks much. :)

I have that one. Mine has Life-Like trucks as it only had one truck when I got it, and also has body-mounted Kadees since I don't run horn hooks. I also have two early Life-Like Texaco tankers which are different to the usual Life-Like tankers (or are they Varney? They don't have any brand names on them). The Life-Like models are a bit shorter than Tyco.
